A set of 12 ceramic wine cups each adorns with a Chinese zodiac sign on the base, this set includes also a wine pitcher and a gift box. The white set is depicted with the legendary tale of Jiang Taigong fishing.

The legendary tale of Jiang Taigong fishing is a story that happened during the Shang and Zhou dynasties. King Zhou of Shang was tyrannical, and King Wen of Zhou was determined to overthrow the tyranny. Taigong (Elder) Jiang Ziya was sent by his master to descend to the land to assist King Wen. But Jiang Ziya felt that he was half a century old and had no friendship with King Wen, so it would be difficult for King Wen to entrust him. One day en route to the capital, King Wen saw Jiang Taigong fishing on one side of the river with a straight hook without bait. As we all know, fish hooks are curved, but Jiang Ziya used a straight hook without bait and caught a lot of fish. King Wen saw his act and thought he was a talented man, so he took the initiative to talk to him and found that he could really be a very useful talent in his court. Jiang Ziya was indeed able to advise King Wen and his son to overthrow the rule of King Zhou of Shang and established the Zhou Dynasty during his service to King Wen.

The tale has formed a well known allegorical saying: Jiang Taigong fishes and those who are willing will take the bait.
